About CUUPS
The Onion CUUPS (Covenant of UU Pagans) is an Earth based, spiritually oriented, joyous, caring group affliated with the Sepulveda Unitarian Universalist Society ( AKA “The Onion”) Our events are open to any interested person who wishes to explore this spiritual path in harmony with Unitarian Universalist Purposes and Principles.
We will meet either inside the Onion or on the Grounds* (depending on weather & time of day)
*most of the events will be outside

Ostara/Vernal Equinox
March 21, Sunday at noon on the Onion Grounds
We invite you to join the "Onion CUUPS" to celebrate Ostara/Vernal Equinox on the Onion Grounds (in front yard area facing Haskell Ave). This is a family-friendly event as we'll be celebrating the coming of spring.
As each season comes and goes, the wheel of the year turns. A wheel is a wheel, there is no true end or beginning, it simply is and revolves upon its axis endlessly. Each year we celebrate the seasons as they change. These days are steeped in ritual, deeply magical, and each holds it's own meaning…this is the time of balance between day and night. This holiday is the beginning of the fertile time, for our bodies, hearts, spirits and the land around us.
